Zen Warrior Creative Club

An 8-week Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Program designed in the CASEL Framwork.

 

This is it! An engaging, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming enrichment program designed to help children develop essential social-emotional learning (SEL) skills through movement, mindfulness, creativity, self-expression, and connection. The CASEL framework is nationally recognized in helping children in building emotional awareness, self-regulation, confidence, empathy, communication skills, and healthy relationships at school and at home. 

 

Session themes will include:

- Self-Management

This is an 8-Week Yoga, Mindfulness & Confidence-Building Enrichment Program for Children Ages 5–12.

This program is especially supportive for children who may not always feel at ease in traditional sports or high-stimulus activities.

 

Who This is For

 

Our flagship program is designed for children ages 5–12 who:

  • Experience big emotions or overwhelm

  • Benefit from gentle movement and structure

  • Are sensitive, neurodivergent, anxious, or highly perceptive

  • Need support with confidence, self-expression, or body awareness

  • Thrive in small, supportive group environments

  • Community organizations

  • Homeschool groups

  • Afterschool programs

 

No prior yoga experience is needed

What to Expect

Sessions follow a predictable, supportive structure to help children feel safe, seen, and supported. Activities are choice-based, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.

This is not just a yoga class, it’s a space where children learn how to listen to their bodies, express themselves, and build inner strength in a way that feels fun and empowering.

 

Zen Warrior Creative Club is a closed 8-week series, meeting once a week for 60 minutes. Each session blends:

  • Welcome circle and community-building activity

  • Trauma-informed yoga and movement

  • Mindfulness and nervous system education

  • Play-based games and cooperative activities

  • Creative expression through arts and crafts

  • Confidence-building and social-emotional learning

  • Neurodiversity-affirming practices

  • Small group connection

Over the course of eight weeks, participants may begin to:

Zen Collective Support Group + Membership

This is not therapy.

This is virtual support community for neurodivergent adults, parents, and caregivers seeking nervous system support, connection, and sustainable regulation.

The Zen Collective is a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming support group designed to help participants move from survival mode into deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, rest, and connection.

Each session combines:

 

  • Trauma-informed education

  • Gentle yoga and somatic practices

  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation tools

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Supportive community discussion [optional]

Private Wellness Intervention

This is not therapy.

The Private Wellness Intervention Sessions are individualized support sessions created for neurodivergent adults, trauma survivors, parents, caregivers, and individuals experiencing chronic overwhelm, burnout, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, sensory overload, or difficulty regulating their nervous system in daily life.

 

Each session is personalized to meet the unique needs, experiences, and goals of the participant. Sessions may incorporate:
