Hello Zen Warriors,

 

I'm Iesha. I help trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel safe within themselves again.

 

As a Trauma-Informed Wellness Practitioner, I offer a blend of somatic yoga, mindfulness, and body-based practices through 1:1 sessions, group programs, and community partnerships. My work spans from supporting children in schools with emotional regulation and confidence, to guiding adults through deeply personalized somatic sessions that address emotional awareness, stress, tension, and stored emotions in the body.

 

I collaborate with schools and organizations to deliver accessible, impactful wellness programs that go beyond movement, helping individuals build lifelong tools for self-regulation, emotional awareness, and creative expression.

AROMATHERAPY

After incorporating our aromatherapy into daily life, many people report feeling:

  • A sense of calm and grounding in their environment 

  • More ease transitioning between parts of the day

  • Gentle support for moments of overwhelm or emotional fatigue

  • A deeper connection to ritual and intention

  • Comfort without stimulation or sensory overload

  • Subtle nervous system regulation through scent and breath

Our aromatherapy is intentionally created to support the nervous system, not overpower it.
